Natural disasters severely affect wildlife.

Natural disasters are phenomenon that cannot be controlled. Although these disasters cause, in most cases, the death of humans, wildlife is also severely affected. Animals die drowned by floods, burn caused by lava from volcanic eruptions, bury by wastes caused by earthquakes and other natural catastrophes. Forest fires burn thousands of habitats, so the hares, deer and others have no place to go.Fortunately, in some cases, animals can foresee certain disasters. However, this doesn't always happen and many species are endangered.Unfortunately, even if some animals have remained alive, their habitats change and are seriously affected. So if an animal no longer lives in the conditions he needs, his death may ensue. To have a healthy habitat, they need:

-The right temperatures
-Fresh water
-Food sources
-Places to raise their young

If one of these elements is not respected, their conditions of survival may be critical.

Global warming is a phenomenon that is becoming increasingly dangerous to wildlife due to rapid the temperature changes. Species may not be able to adapt to this rapid climate change or to move fast enough to more suitable areas. There are so many ways to help reduce the risks of natural disasters and global warming effects. Here are a few that anyone can change:

-Reduce emissions of greenhouse gases; do not let the car run for no reason and use public transportation.
-Recycle for less pollution
-Reduce energy consumption

Wildlife is very important, because if it disappears, our survival is at stake, we need animals to survive, it's the cycle of life. I hope this blog has allowed you to reflect on this issue and some of your habits will change for the better! You think we are the only ones affected by global warming? Think again. Thank you. -Valerie
